The Course

In this course, you will learn how to use SketchUp as a professional tool for architectural modeling, starting from understanding the interface and essential drawing tools to creating accurate and well-organized 3D architectural models. You will learn how to model walls, floors, openings, and roofs with precision, and how to use Groups and Components to maintain a clean and efficient workflow. The course also covers importing AutoCAD drawings, applying realistic architectural materials, and creating professional scenes and section cuts for presentation. By the end of the course, you will be able to produce complete, presentation-ready architectural models suitable for rendering, academic projects, competitions, and professional practice.
